Our Holiday Camp is a dynamic, two-day experience designed to spark curiosity and excitement about AI and technology. Over two 4-hour sessions, students dive into engaging, hands-on activities that introduce core AI concepts in a fun, supportive environment. From interactive coding challenges to collaborative mini-projects, students will learn foundational skills in AI while exploring creative problem-solving and teamwork. It’s the perfect opportunity for young learners to develop new skills, make friends, and explore the world of AI – all while having a great time during their holiday break!
AI Explorers Camp Ages 5-7
A Fun-Packed AI and Coding Adventure
This interactive camp introduces young children to the exciting world of AI and coding through playful activities with Scratch and AI tools. They’ll create their own animations, generate fun art, and explore AI-driven music. Kids will even get a chance to use ChatGPT to design simple games, enhancing their creativity and problem-solving skills. With engaging tools that mix drawing, storytelling, and cutting-edge AI, this camp is designed to spark imagination and teach the basics of AI technology.

Action-Packed Days
Check-In
Our warm and experienced staff will be excited to welcome you at the camp. Look for the Camp Manager in an orange AI Camp t-shirt—they are a qualified teacher and trained in first aid. After signing in, your child will embark on a journey filled with creativity, new friendships, and cutting-edge technology! Parents have the option to join and support their child or encourage independent growth as they explore.
Drop-off is between 9:30 and 10:00 am, with pick-up from 3:30 to 3:45 pm. Extended hours are available at select locations.
Day 1
In the first day, children will dive into the world of AI with fun, interactive activities. They’ll learn what AI is and how it’s shaping the world around us. Through videos and discussions, we will introduce them to the basics of Scratch coding. They will learn how to create simple animations using Scratch, such as making characters move or objects spin. This foundational knowledge sets the stage for exploring AI-powered projects. Children will also explore how AI can help with creative tasks like drawing pictures, making music, and telling stories. We will explain simple, engaging concepts of how AI works and how it can fuel their creativity.
Day 2
On the second day, children will get hands-on with AI tools. The children will work on creating digital art and interactive animations, and they’ll learn to craft music using AI. They will also explore how to integrate AI into their projects using tools like ChatGPT to help create simple games. This will teach them how AI can enhance creative processes and how to ask the right questions to get useful answers from AI tools. We will also discuss how sometimes AI like ChatGPT might not provide all the answers, encouraging problem-solving and critical thinking.
Advanced AI Camp Ages 8-13
An Educational Adventure with AI and Advanced Scratch
This hands-on camp takes young minds on an exciting journey into the world of advanced Scratch programming and AI-powered animation. Kids will learn how to create special effects, craft animations, and explore the fascinating applications of AI in digital projects. Through AI-driven tools, they’ll discover how AI enhances learning in subjects like math, science, and creative arts. In addition to technical skills, children will also gain insight into AI's role in academic assistance, encouraging thoughtful discussion about the future of education with AI.

Through videos and interactive discussions, kids will learn the basics of AI, followed by a hands-on project in Scratch where they create their first digital animations. They’ll also explore facial recognition by applying fun effects and testing AI’s ability to recognize their faces, diving into the ethical implications along the way.

In the day 2, children will tackle more advanced AI projects using MIT App Inventor, building image recognition programs and experimenting with voice and text AI tools. They’ll bring these skills together to create interactive role-playing games where gestures control the story, blending technology with creativity to solve challenges and drive their narrative. Children will also gain insight into AI's role in academic assistance, encouraging thoughtful discussion about the future of education with AI.
