Our Holiday Camp is a dynamic, two-day experience designed to spark curiosity and excitement about AI and technology. Over two 4-hour sessions, students dive into engaging, hands-on activities that introduce core AI concepts in a fun, supportive environment. From interactive coding challenges to collaborative mini-projects, students will learn foundational skills in AI while exploring creative problem-solving and teamwork. It’s the perfect opportunity for young learners to develop new skills, make friends, and explore the world of AI – all while having a great time during their holiday break!
Advanced AI Camp Ages 8-13
An Educational Adventure with AI and Advanced Scratch
This hands-on camp takes young minds on an exciting journey into the world of advanced Scratch programming and AI-powered animation. Kids will learn how to create special effects, craft animations, and explore the fascinating applications of AI in digital projects. Through AI-driven tools, they’ll discover how AI enhances learning in subjects like math, science, and creative arts. In addition to technical skills, children will also gain insight into AI's role in academic assistance, encouraging thoughtful discussion about the future of education with AI.

Action-Packed Days
Check-In
Our warm and experienced staff will be excited to welcome you at the camp. Look for the Camp Manager in an orange AI Camp t-shirt—they are a qualified teacher and trained in first aid. After signing in, your child will embark on a journey filled with creativity, new friendships, and cutting-edge technology! Parents have the option to join and support their child or encourage independent growth as they explore.
Drop-off is between 9:30 and 10:00 am, with pick-up from 3:30 to 3:45 pm. Extended hours are available at select locations.
day 1
The day starts with an exciting introduction to AI, exploring how it powers real-world applications like music creation, drawing, and facial recognition. Through videos and interactive discussions, kids will learn the basics of AI, followed by a hands-on project in Scratch where they create their first digital animations. They’ll also explore facial recognition by applying fun effects and testing AI’s ability to recognize their faces, diving into the ethical implications along the way.
day 2
In the day 2, children will tackle more advanced AI projects using MIT App Inventor, building image recognition programs and experimenting with voice and text AI tools. They’ll bring these skills together to create interactive role-playing games where gestures control the story, blending technology with creativity to solve challenges and drive their narrative. Children will also gain insight into AI's role in academic assistance, encouraging thoughtful discussion about the future of education with AI.
